Had SCSF this morning, well got a COP (as expected), but I suppose it was good exposure for us. Q and A was better than expected, though the judges asked us a question which screwed us up pretty badly : "What's the principle behind the ability of Calcium Alginate to adsorb heavy metals" and we were like ... perma stunned ... That was a really fundamental question that we did not foresee, but nvm what's over is over =) Finally, I can have a normal sleeping pattern again ^^ Yay!

Went to have a haircut after SCSF, sian, my hair was ruined. That barber shaved off my sideburn totally >< Making my hair look pretty puffed up. I think he hardly used the scissors at all, one shaver did all the job. Haizzz, suanz le, luckily my hair grows back quickly.

Gonna have Char Yong Cup in less than 24 hrs. Havent mug at all, sian, nvm going for a consolidation lesson at my coach's house tmr, hope tt would suffice.
