Went R-cup briefing on Saturday... Haizz, the venue was RJC LT3 and thinking RI and RJ were connected, I entered RI and hoped to get to RJ faster by cutting through RI, in the end I was wrong and I got lost somehow. By the time I reached LT3, the briefing had already ended =(. Played big two with Kevin, Justino, Timothy and XianKai outside the RJ chess room, lol! 少AP man ...

Went to Khaki Bukit CC to register for the competition with zixian after the briefing. Haiz, took 3 buses to get there from Bishan --- 59, 25, 225. On bus 25, zixian went to ask the driver about our location and how far we were from Khaki Bukit CC and the zhai bus driver claimed that we had overshot by about 3 bus stops?! We got down the bus frantically and walked back 3 bus stops and realised the CC was nowhere in sight, in fact we got back to the bus stop where we first boarded 25. We asked a passer-by and he told us that we should take 25 all the way to Bedok and change to a bus that goes to Bedok North St 3. WTF??? Wasted precious time thnx to the bus driver, I think he mistook the Khaki Bukit investigation centre, which we passed by on our way back, for Khaki Bukit CC.

Went back to Bishan CC after registering for comp, first round for group B nationals had already started for 1hr when we arrived, lucky we did not participate... The girls' open was also on tt night --- 2 rounds. Huixiang, our senior, participated o.O. Well, she had not too bad a start, 1 win 1 lose, 5 more rounds to go. Jiayo jiayo! Our friends from AJ participated. XianKai and Kevin won their first game, sort of regretted not participating when I saw the standards of their opponents, haha. Timothy lost though =( Nvm, his opponent was strong and he should have an easier opponent for the second round. Good luck to all of them and to us for R-cup haha.
