It was a joyous ocassion today, first time distributing personal presents to my teachers, all thanks to my sister who managed to help me buy them the previous night when I was too busy doing PW to do so myself.

Haizzz, many of the high school teachers already left when we got there =(, only managed to find Mrs Har, my ex-bio teacher. Had no choice but to leave the presents along with a note for the other teachers. Went to eat lunch with ex-4bers after that at KAP, after we are done we did not feel like going home to mug, so they came to my house and played monopoly instead :P.

Had a really fun time this afternoon though I got owned during monopoly, big two and bridge (not my day...), but our joy was short-lived --- my friend discovered that his shoes were missing when they were leaving!! It was a pair of Adidas shoes worth $99 ... It was obvious that the thief went for the best since the other shoes were left intact. My friend went to the staircase to search and our suspicions were further confirmed when he found his socks lying on the ground a few storeys below...

Went to make a police report after that, but chances of finding the shoes are minimal =( ... Haizzz, can't believe that there are shoe thieves in my neighbourhood. I remember a similar incident happening last yr where my sister's and my sandals, which were kept in shoe boxes, were stolen. Apparently, the thief thought that the shoe boxes contained good shoes since the shoes which were left outside were untouched. He struck again today, only tt this time he is smarter. Really makes me wonder if he is the same person.

Haizz, really hate the fact that there is a shoe thief in my neighbourhood. Next time, if anyone wants to come to my house, better keep your shoes inside since we do not know if he will strike again. Even if they are not valuable shoes, it's still better to keep them inside for we do not know if the thief will choose to be stupid or smart the next time round ...

Feeling really sucky now ... I feel somehow responsible for my friend's loss but I can't do anything about it.
